First, ensure the torch valve is fully closed. Hand-tighten the cylinder clockwise—do not use tools. Then, briefly open the valve: a short hiss confirms gas flow and a proper seal. Close the valve immediately after check.

How to troubleshoot ignition failure?

Tilt the torch 30°-90° and adjust the gas via the knob when using it. If ignition fails, ensure the spark needle tip is 3-4mm from the central copper rod. If the spark is normal and gas flows but it won't ignite, please contact our support.
