Yes. The curved shape fits closer to your shoulder while adjustable fill lets you set the height, helping your head and neck feel comfortably supported.

Is this pillow firm or soft?

It arrives medium-firm and full, but you can remove fill to make it softer/lower or add fill to make it firmer/higher.

How does the curved shape help?

The curve gives your shoulder more room than a straight pillow edge, helping the pillow sit closer to your neck for a more natural sleeping position.

How do I adjust the pillow?

Unzip the outer cover and inner liner, then add or remove small amounts of fill. Sleep on it for a night, then adjust again until it feels right.

Does it sleep hot or cool and is there a smell when opened?

Shredded fill allows more airflow than solid foam, but it is not an active cooling pillow. A fresh foam scent may occur, so unpack, fluff, and air it out before use.
