Why does the 3-way diverter swing left to right or swivel and shake after installation?

Please make sure to tighten the 3-way diverter with the open end wrench included in the accessory packs and tighten the screws on the 3-way diverter with a hexagon wrench.

How can I avoid leakage at the connection?

Check that the washer inside the connection is placed flat and intact. If the built-in washer is missing, replace it with a spare one.

If the washer has been placed in the connection and flattened, but it still leaks?

Wrap some Teflon tape (3-5 turns) around the pipe threads as an aid to prevent leakage.

The applicable height for installing the showerhead sets?

Please ensure that the distance from the water outlet to the ceiling must be ≥ 9", or installation not possible.

Does the filtration effect only work on the top rainfall shower head alone?

Both the rainfall shower head and handheld release filtered water.
