Finally, a simple and robust solution to accessing the area behind the rear seat backs in your 09+ Ford F-150 Supercrew, 15+ Ford F-150 Supercab, or 17+ F250 and F350. This complete solution provides and OEM-looking nylon pull strap that can be used to release the rear seat latch and fold down the rear seat. The bracket firmly holds the latch pull in place and also guides the strap towards the top of the seat for easy reaching.

The latest version of the stock latch from Ford uses a square head rather than a round featureless pin. Around half of the new trucks built use this latch. Only the newest BuiltRight revision accommodates these new latches.

If the slew of counterfeits has done one thing, it's encouraged us to correct a few design issues that we found in our original design after years of use. The new design updates the basic 2D aluminum piece to a more sophisticated 3D injection molded design. Make no mistake, this is not 'plastic'. These are glass fiber reinforced nylon and are designed to withstand a 400lb pulling force (go ahead, do your worst!). This material allows us to design for a 'click fit' installation, which eliminates the opportunity for rattling, found in the aluminum parts.

We've found that around 50% of new F-series trucks built are using the latch that features a square-headed pin. Our original design forced you to let the square head float inside the round hole, but the 'nailhead-like' shape would often bind on the part. The new BuiltRight design offers a keyhole shape, using the head of the pin to lock on.
